“Transform yourself to transform the world.”
– Grace Lee Boggs
Training
Aryeh received her Integral Coaching certificate from Integral Coaching Canada which draws upon a comprehensive framework of human development, originally proposed by Ken Wilber. She is also trained in Organic Intelligence, a systemic approach to human empowerment, resiliency and compassion to resolve the impact of stress, trauma, and PTSD.
Testimonies
I started coaching with Aryeh because I was seeking a deeper shift in my life, one that transformed some of my fundamental ways of being. Aryeh was able to pinpoint and name the shift I so completely longed for, and gave me brilliantly curated practices. As a coach, Aryeh is extremely capable, compassionate, generous, and graceful. As an incredible visionary and profoundly practical person she worked skillfully on both levels. She is able to sit comfortably in the flames of transformation, and has a remarkable ability to witness what is being said and what isn’t being said in order to give precise feedback and support. She went above and beyond her duty and reached out between coaching sessions in order to provide opportunities for me to reflect, reassess, and re-align, and ensure that my new fullest self was born into the world. After several months of coaching I can definitively say, I am firmly seated in who I need to be in order to be a more powerful committed force for the healing of our world. – David B.
I first came to Aryeh in search of guidance on how to be less impulsive in my professional interactions and how to build an equity lens within my leadership. Over the past months, through a combination of deep reflection and education from Aryeh in some fascinating models of leadership and equity, I can say that I’ve made demonstrable improvements toward both of these goals due to our coaching sessions. I would recommend Aryeh to anyone who is similarly looking to develop a stronger foundation of equity in their leadership style. I can promise that this foundation will also make you a much more effective leader overall. – Imaan T.
